Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager (CA) to handle the end-to-end finance and accounts function of a residential construction company, including taxation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and project-wise financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounts, including bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and financial statements.
- Handle budgeting, cash flow management, fund planning, and project-wise cost control.
- Manage all taxation matters related to the construction industry, including GST and Income Tax (returns, reconciliations, assessments, and compliance).
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the construction/real estate industry, including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and RERA.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and MIS for management decision-making.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls and processes.
- May be assigned additional responsibilities related to Finance, Accounts, and Tax matters of group companies, as and when required.
Preferred candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in a residential construction / real estate company.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and construction industry compliances.
- Ability to independently manage the finance function and support management.
