Alpha Lion Logistics is a US-based logistics and transportation company specializing in freight movement, trucking operations, and supply chain solutions across the United States. The company focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and reliable logistics services while managing dedicated transportation operations and carrier networks.

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience, preferably from the Logistics, Transportation, Trucking, or Supply Chain industry. Candidates having exposure to US Logistics operations and knowledge of Indian Laws, taxation, compliance, and corporate regulations will be highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, MIS reporting, and operational finance management.

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws, GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial analysis reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and legal advisors.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with labor law-related financial obligations and documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist management in financial decision-making and process improvements.
• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation as per company standards.
• Coordinate with the US operations team for financial reporting and operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance frameworks.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in Logistics, Transportation, Trucking, Freight, or Supply Chain industry preferred.
• Experience working with US Logistics companies will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Indian Corporate Laws
• Financial Reporting
• Payroll & Compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• This is an onsite role based out of Sector 136, Noida.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in Night Shift aligned with US operations.
• 5 Days Working.
