Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Accounts Payable & MIS Reporting

Location: Gurugram (Corporate Office)

Experience: 3–10 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable function including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate booking of expenses and vendor invoices.
• Monitor payable ageing and ensure adherence to payment cycles.
• Handle vendor queries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)

MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Track budget vs actuals and highlight key variances.
• Support in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting exercises.
• Develop and automate MIS dashboards/reports where possible.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Preferred:

• Internship/articleship exposure in relevant areas
• Familiarity with ERP systems
