Chartered Accountant
Job Description
- Budget Forecasting and its allocation.
- Monitor Budget Sheet on time to time and share information with the Management, if situation demands.
- Negotiate terms with vendors / suppliers and creating PO's and Agreements.
- Timely and correct Invoicing to Clients and Billing from Vendors.
- Follow-up and recovery of the due payments from the clients.
- Assistance in finalization of Balance Sheet.
- Provide advice on improving prevalent systems.
- Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and MIS
- Manage junior colleagues and oversee the duties of Accounting System.
- Coordinating with the secretarial team and statutory auditors.
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal audit and internal control function.
- Managing all statutory, financial and tax compliances including GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Deferred Tax.
- Ensure revenue and cost governance- revenue assurance and cost management as per business plan.
- Generate various financial reports.
Job Specification
- Person should be a Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
- Conversant with Income tax laws, GST, ROC works and other relevant laws.
- Should have excellent computer skills like MS – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Should have good drafting skills and communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Prioritize attention to detail, and possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.
