Salary: 25k- 35k per month(Can be more based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:

Bridgeway Power Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Distributor to drive sales and expand the distribution network for our power and solar solutions. The role focuses on dealer development, territory sales growth, and achieving consistent revenue targets within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell and promote our products in the assigned territory.

Develop, manage, and expand a network of dealers, retailers, and channel partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle order booking, coordination with operations, and payment follow-ups.

Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Support dealers with product knowledge, schemes, and sales assistance.

Maintain sales reports and distributor performance data.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales distribution or channel sales.

Experience in solar, power, electrical, or energy sector will be a plus point.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage territory independently.

Willingness to travel locally.
