Job Title: Channel Sales Specialist

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Salary: Negotiable

Experience Required: Channel Sales, Institutional Sales, Admissions Channel sales

Industry Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the channel sales

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Identify, onboard channel partners (coaching institutes, training centers, resellers, franchises, agents).

2) Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to drive sustained business growth.

3) Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in any specialization (MBA preferred).

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales

3. Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

4. Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.

5. Strong persuasion, negotiation, Spontaneous, and objection-handling skills.

6. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. High level of ownership, self-motivation, and result orientation.

8. Open for traveling and channel meetings.

Working Days & Timings

Immediate joining is preferred.

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
