Signature Dwellings is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to strengthen our real estate sales network. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with channel partners, expanding our market presence, and ensuring successful sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate channel sales, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the Bangalore real estate market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
