Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Channel Sales Manager with 3-5 years of experience to expand, develop, and manage relationships with strategic system integration partners, dealers and end users.
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with customers driving revenue and expanding our company's market reach.
Essential Functions/Core Duties
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and recruit new partners that align with our strategic goals.
- Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary product training, and resources to effectively position our solutions for their customers as well as assist in customer demonstrations and presentations.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners through regular communication, business reviews, and joint business planning.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner sales metrics, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate revenue forecasting to management.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree preferred. Additional certification from AVIXA or similar industry accreditations will be a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in a channel sales or business development role preferably in the AV or IT industry with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AV system architecture, including UC solutions and collaboration technologies will be a plus.
- Communication: Ability engage and influence all stakeholders through clear communication and exceptional presentation skills. English language proficiency both written and spoken is a must.
Work Environment
- This role typically requires regular travel for partner visits, site surveys, and industry events.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
