We are seeking an experienced and results driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies through various channels, such as direct sales, partnerships, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with partners and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels to expand Lendbox's customer base.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to drive growth and meet customer needs.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Experience developing and executing sales plans and strategies through various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software.
