Role Overview:
The Account Manager owns Think Exam entire existing corporate client base of 42+ accounts. Your primary
mandate is zero churn on Tier 1 accounts and consistent revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
You are the face of Think Exam for every existing corporate relationship.
This is a Farmer role under the SIP 2025-26 policy. Your success is measured by retention rate, upsell
revenue, and renewal value. You report to the GM — Strategic Sales.
What You Will Do
Account Retention — Tier 1 Priority
• Own all 42+ existing corporate accounts — single point of contact for every existing client
• Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all Tier 1 accounts — usage review,
satisfaction check, renewal roadmap
• Identify churn-risk accounts within 30 days of joining — flag immediately to GM — Strategic Sales and
CRO
• Ensure 0% churn on Tier 1 accounts throughout the year — this is your highest priority KPI
Revenue Growth — Upsell & Cross-Sell
• Map every existing client current product usage and identify upsell opportunities within 60 days
• Present upsell proposals: e.g., IBT clients to RPT; RPT clients to Psychometrics or PAAS; OMR clients
to Think exam cloud platform
• Manage annual renewal conversations — begin renewal discussions 60 days before contract expiry
• Coordinate with Jr. BDE on Tier 3 re-activation; take over accounts once they reach Tier 2 revenue
What We Are Looking For
• 3–5 years in B2B account management, client success, or key account management in SaaS,
HRTech, EdTech, or Assessment platforms
• Good understanding of corporate hiring processes — knows how companies hire and where
assessments fit within a recruitment or L&D cycle
• Working knowledge of psychometric assessments — personality profiling, behavioural assessments, or
aptitude testing; must be comfortable explaining a psychometric report to a client HR team without
requiring product support
• Prior experience working with assessment or HRTech platforms in a client-facing role — e.g., Mercer
Mettl, MeritTrac, iMocha, or similar; familiarity with Think Exams product category is a strong plus
• Ability to conduct product training and platform walkthroughs for client HR teams independently — a
key factor in reducing churn from low platform adoption
• Strong relationship builder — clients trust you, escalate to you, and choose to renew because of the
value you create, not just the product
• Comfortable supporting renewal conversations and presenting upsell proposals with guidance from the
GM — Strategic Sales
• Able to participate in and prepare structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for Tier 1 clients
• CRM disciplined — every client interaction logged, renewal dates tracked well in advance, no surprises
at contract end.
