We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Manager Channel Sales to drive business growth across Delhi & Gurgaon. The role focuses on expanding and managing distributor and dealer networks, driving secondary sales, and strengthening market presence in the LED lighting segment.

This position requires strong execution skills, market intelligence, and the ability to build long-term channel relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distributor & dealer network across Delhi and Gurgaon
  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify and appoint new channel partners in high-potential areas
  • Conduct regular market visits to retailers and electricians
  • Ensure stock availability and monitor distributor inventory
  • Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and in-store branding
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and territory performance analysis

  • Revenue & volume growth

  • Outlet expansion & coverage
  • Collection efficiency
  • Market share growth in assigned territor

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of channel sales in electrical / LED
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field sales role
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Basic MS Excel & reporting knowledge
  • 2-4 years of experience in channel sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within Delhi & Gurgaon
