Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
- Head the Channel Partner division, managing both Sourcing and Closing teams.
- Design and execute strategic plans for partner acquisition, engagement and deal conversions.
- Lead, train and mentor team members to drive partner productivity and revenue outcomes.
- Establish performance benchmarks and review structures for both sourcing and sales teams.
Channel Development & Relationship Management:
- Identify, onboard and nurture high-potential real estate channel partners across Hyderabad.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive loyalty and sustained performance.
- Collaborate with partners regularly to align on business goals, updates, and market feedback.
- Conduct training sessions and partner enablement programs to drive higher conversion rates.
Sales Oversight & Conversion Management:
- Oversee the entire sales funnel – from sourcing leads via partners to driving closures with the internal sales team.
- Work closely with the closing team to convert leads into successful transactions.
- Guide the team in objection handling, deal structuring and negotiation strategies.
- Ensure smooth coordination between partner-sourced leads and sales closures, avoiding any conflicts or leakage.
Performance Analysis & Market Intelligence:
- Monitor KPIs such as channel productivity, deal conversion ratios and revenue contribution.
- Share periodic reports and insights with management on performance, trends and forecasts.
- Stay updated on competitor strategies, market shifts, and regulatory changes impacting channel business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in leading Channel Partner operations, preferably in real estate.
- Strong network of Real Estate Channel Partners in the Hyderabad market.
- Effective in team management with the ability to lead both sourcing and sales verticals.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret performance data and derive insights.
