Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Channel Sales
Department / Division Residential
Position reports to GM- Channel Sales
Minimum Experience 2-5 yrs.
Should have an experience in Channel Sales/ Distribution in real estate industry / IPC / Banking

- Should have an understanding of the current industry trends and must possess good negotiation skills
- Should have the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with Property Consultants, channel partners and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
- Understand the finalised quantum of residential space, the architectural drawings, the pricing strategy and expected rates for the residential project and then prepare sales brief in detail
- Formulate a list of potential clients through available market data
- Identify various channel partners to be empaneled across locations and thus develop the strategy to be adopted with each category.
- Bring new channel partners onboard and maintain relationship with existing channel partners.
- Access, clarify and validate channel partners needs and performance at regular intervals and maintain a high channel partner satisfaction rate.
- Conduct regular product training for channel partners and their team.
- Make sure the leads generated are services with in the TAT- Same day.
- Take care Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT.
- Monthly market and competitor analysis, studying the trends and new developments in the market.
- Coordinate with Marketing team for launch events by inviting channel partners
- Ensures effective sales pitch made to the clients by him/her and his/her team members and the site inspections/ visits arranged and all the queries are promptly handled
- Manage effective negotiations and finalisation/ closing of deals in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure that all the required amounts as per the payment schedule/ specific timelines are collected from the clients
