Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow our partner network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and resellers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide support to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training, marketing support, and product knowledge to partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • B. Tech / MBA
  • 60% + in educational qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and channel dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
