We are seeking an organized, energetic & results-driven Channel Sales Manager at Hyderabad. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate primary & secondary sales through existing & new SI's
- Engage with SI's to generate end-customer leads & closure (primary focus on funnel generation & closure through SI's)
- Engaging with existing partners for the continuation of business
- We will need to sign up new SI's focusing on Matrix Products
- Ensuring achievement of MPI targets & Sales targets set for the region on Month on Month basis
- Explore and Report Major Accounts Business Opportunities to Head Office
- Organizing Marketing / Technical Training – for existing & new SI's
- Regular Dealer-Reseller Meets under Distributor
- Collecting Updated Customer List, feedback forms
Skill sets/Experience we require:
- 2 - 10 years proven work experience in Technology-driven Sales.
- Experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base
- Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset
