HomzInterio is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to drive sales growth through brokers and channel partners in Bangalore. This role involves managing partner relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive channel sales targets and revenue growth in Bangalore
Build, nurture, and expand a strong network of brokers and channel partners
Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversions
Conduct regular partner meetings, trainings, and engagement activities
Maintain high standards of brand representation and operational excellence
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to align strategies and achieve targets
Qualifications Required:
Graduate / Postgraduate with 3 + Home Interiors channel sales
Prior experience managing brokers / channel partners is mandatory
Strong network in Bangalore / Karnataka preferred
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
