Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Professional to join our growing real estate team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, driving property sales through broker networks, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in channel-driven sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Generate sales through channel partners for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and property briefings with channel partners.
Ensure channel partners are updated with project details, pricing, and promotional schemes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through partner-driven sales.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
Track sales pipeline and maintain partner performance reports.
Support partners during client site visits and negotiations.
Must-Have Requirements25 years of Channel Sales experience in Real Estate.
Strong expertise in channel partner management and broker network sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in generating sales through channel partners.
Must be located within commutable distance to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset and proven track record.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment.
Prior real estate industry experience will be an advantage.
