Job Overview:
The Manager- Channel Partner (Admission) plays a critical role in attracting and enrolling students into the institution's programs. This role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth transition into the institution. The Admission Executive acts as a liaison between the institution and potential students, providing comprehensive information about the programs, admissions criteria, and the benefits of enrolling.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
- Proactively reach out to potential students through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Attend education fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events to promote the institution.
Counseling and Guidance:
- Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective students regarding admission requirements, program offerings, financial aid, and other inquiries.
- Guide students through the application process, ensuring they understand the requirements and deadlines.
Application Processing:
- Review and process student applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to evaluate applications and make admission decisions.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the admissions database.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions metrics and progress towards recruitment targets.
Communication:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educators.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, academic departments, and financial aid to ensure a cohesive approach to student recruitment.
- Collaborate with alumni and current students to leverage testimonials and success stories in recruitment efforts.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities and trends in the education sector.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance promotional materials and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
