Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales through dealer and distributor networks for modular kitchen and furniture hardware products. The role focuses on expanding the channel network, maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage in the assigned area
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Regularly visit dealers, showrooms, and project sites for business development
- Promote company products such as modular kitchen fittings, cabinets, hinges, and hardware solutions
- Provide product training and support to dealers and their sales teams
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure proper product display and branding at dealer outlets
- Handle order collection, payment follow-ups, and inventory coordination
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors (if applicable)
