Job Description

• Manage and grow channel partner ecosystems (VARs, ISVs, GSIs, RSIs, strategic alliances)

• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue

• Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies

• Strengthen underperforming partner territories and expand market coverage

• Enable partners on AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation offerings

• Support GTM execution for AI-led and enterprise technology solutions

• Build and maintain C-level relationships with partner organizations

• Conduct partner onboarding, training, enablement, and joint business planning

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for unified GTM motions

• Track partner performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and growth targets
