Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist the Channel Head in tracking performance, managing reporting activities, coordinating communication across regional teams, and providing end-to-end support for business monitoring and strategic reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Support & Performance Tracking

  • Collate daily and end-of-day plans/reports from RHs; validate and publish them to the Channel Head.
  • Weekly income collation and performance tracking vs. targets.
  • Update and manage RM Master for income and RM-product mapping (HNW, Assets, Cards, TPP).
  • Share consolidated RM information with relevant product teams.

2. Business Reporting to Senior Management

  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Highlight underperforming RMs and submit performance insights to Channel Head.
  • Summarize business updates in structured formats for strategic reviews.

3. Report Monitoring & Data Management

  • Monitor RH/UH level reports (Achievement vs. Target).
  • Maintain NAV Tracker: track new account performance at branch, cluster, and circle levels.
  • Update business dashboards and templates based on evolving reporting needs.

4. Executive Support to Channel Head

  • Schedule and manage WebEx/Teams calls with RHs, UHs, Team Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate periodic review meetings (virtual or physical) with internal and external teams.
  • Process internal approvals and arrange travel logistics as per guidelines.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation: B.Com
  • Post-Graduation: MBA in Finance & Marketing (Preferred)

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in MIS reporting and business analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under timelines
