Key Responsibilities:

Release & Change Management:

  • Manage the release and change management processes end-to-end.
  • Coordinate release activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain release schedules to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of releases.
  • Evaluate and oversee change requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with release activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful release execution.
  • Drive process improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement relevant improvements.
