Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage change requests through the entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes and procedures.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impact, and develop effective communication plans for changes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to business operations.
Ensure timely closure of change requests by coordinating with various teams involved in the process.

4-9 years of experience in Change Management or related field (ITIL).
