Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage change requests through the entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impact, and develop effective communication plans for changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Ensure timely closure of change requests by coordinating with various teams involved in the process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Change Management or related field (ITIL).
