Seeking a CFO to drive strategy and streamline operations
This role is ideal for a CA with 15+ years of PQE in the retail sector

Job Description

Lead and manage the financial strategy for the organisation
Oversee Fund raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Planning, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital management.
Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant - Mandatory
15+ years of Post qualification experience
Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management.
Experience in the business services sector, preferably within the retail industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
