Klay – Founding Years Learning Solution is looking for a Centre Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Centre Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality experience for both children and parents while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily business operations.
  • Monitor centre activities, ensure adequate staffing, and maintain operational readiness.
  • Analyze processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees to deliver attentive and efficient service.
  • Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Resolve conflicts or complaints from parents, caregivers, and staff in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for children and parents.
  • Business & Financial Management:
  • Establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
  • Generate reports and present performance information to senior management.
  • Centre Presentation:
  • Maintain cleanliness, attractive signage, and displays within the centre.
  • Ensure overall centre health and success through effective operational oversight.
