Job Description

Klay – Founding Years Learning Solution is looking for a Centre Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Centre Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality experience for both children and parents while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily business operations.
Monitor centre activities, ensure adequate staffing, and maintain operational readiness.
Analyze processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees to deliver attentive and efficient service.
Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities.
Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
Customer Experience:
Resolve conflicts or complaints from parents, caregivers, and staff in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for children and parents.
Business & Financial Management:
Establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
Generate reports and present performance information to senior management.
Centre Presentation:
Maintain cleanliness, attractive signage, and displays within the centre.
Ensure overall centre health and success through effective operational oversight.
