Designation: Centre Manager – BIM & Design Software Training

Location: Pune Bangalore Highway, Pune

An established Autodesk Authorized Training Centre is expanding, and we're looking for a

dynamic Centre Manager to lead our growth in BIM and other design software training

programs.

The candidate should be passionate about the Sales and Operation field, have a strong drive

for sales, enjoy working in education and training field and enjoy building business

opportunities with institutions and corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth for BIM and related software training programs

• Handle sales and operations for student enrollments, corporate training programs,

and institutional partnerships

• Create, Develop and execute business plans to grow the training centre, Drive targets

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic initiatives

• Build collaborations with colleges and universities for training programs and skill

development by planning and designing seminars, webinars, promotional campaigns

• Oversee Centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the education/training sector

• Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach

• Experience in student admissions, corporate training, and institutional partnerships

• Energetic, proactive, and capable of managing both sales and operations

Preferred Profile:

• Age: 35 years and above

• Minimum 10 Years of experience in relevant field

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management or relevant experience

• Experience in BIM, CAD, Engineering training will be an added value
