We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales into Pharmaceutical and Healthcare GCCs in India.
This is a consultative enterprise sales role, focused on opening accounts, building pipeline, and leading early-stage conversations around AI-led solutions across compliance, audit, regulatory, and operational workflows.
This is not a transactional SaaS role - you'll be engaging senior stakeholders and shaping complex opportunities from the ground up.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target GCC accounts within Pharma/Healthcare
- Connect with stakeholders across Compliance, Regulatory, Finance, and IT
- Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges
- Build and manage a focused, high-quality enterprise pipeline
- Own outbound and early-stage opportunity development
- Collaborate internally to shape and progress qualified deals
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software / solution sales
- Experience engaging GCC stakeholders or large enterprise shared services teams
- Strong track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to build pipeline independently (not SDR-dependent)
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable operating in a founder-led / early-stage environment
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to AI, data, analytics, or workflow automation solutions
- Experience with compliance, audit, regulatory, or finance-related workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise buying processes and longer sales cycles
Not a Fit If You
- Are dependent on inbound leads or SDR support
- Focus only on closing rather than building pipeline
- Have only worked in high-volume / transactional SaaS sales
