• Oversee daily operations of the preschool and daycare center to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and manage staff to maintain high standards of care, safety, and service quality.
• Take proactive initiatives to resolve operational, staff, or parent-related challenges.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor center performance and implement improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for children, parents, and staff.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in preschool, daycare, or center management roles.
• Willingness to take ownership of center operations and responsibilities.
