Vertical Head Furniture, Flooring & Acoustics (Pan India)

Ceiling Impex Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL)

Location: Okhla, New Delhi (Head Office) – Pan India Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Pan India business vertical for Furniture, Flooring, and Acoustic solutions.
  • Drive project-based, institutional, and commercial sales through strong engagement with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and PMCs.
  • Identify and capitalize on large-scale commercial, hospitality, corporate, retail, and residential projects across India.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders to secure product approvals, specifications, and preferred vendor status.
  • Establish and expand the national sales network, including regional teams and channel partners.
  • Create and execute business growth strategies to strengthen market presence in the furniture, flooring, and acoustics segment.
  • Track upcoming high-value projects and ensure early involvement in design and specification stages.
  • Collaborate closely with design, product, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Provide leadership in market intelligence, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting to guide business strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in Furniture, Interiors, Flooring, Acoustics, or Building Materials industry.
  • Strong background in project sales, institutional sales, and commercial sales.
  • Well-established network with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and PMCs across major markets in India.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale national sales operations.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multi-location sales teams and large projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to drive high-value project closures and long-term partnerships.
