Furniture Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop new and unique furniture design ideas that align with UK market trends and customer preferences.
• Attention to detail with a focus on design feasibility, cost efficiency, and production quality.
• Understanding of materials like Flat-pack, MDF board and particle board.
• Research market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to create high-demand designs.
• Transform concepts into detailed 3D models and high-quality renders for review and approval.
• Work closely with our product and sourcing teams to ensure designs are practical, durable, and production ready.

Required Skills

• Strong conceptual thinking ability to turn abstract ideas or inspirations into Actual furniture
• Creative mindset with good IQ level for turning Problem's into a great solution.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with marketing, production, and R&D teams.
• Proven experience in furniture design for the UK or European market.
• Strong creative sense and artistic ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Key Shot and Rhino (other 3D or rendering software is acceptable).
• Ability to produce realistic renders and presentation files for approval.
• Understanding materials, finishes, and furniture structures is a plus.
