Role Description

Anko Caf is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves preparing and cooking dishes from our unique menu, ensuring high culinary standards are consistently maintained. The CDP will collaborate with kitchen staff, oversee food preparation processes, maintain cleanliness, and assist in training junior staff. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment are essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pan asian / indian / continental / food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle kitchen operations efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and inventory management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and guide junior kitchen staff
• Creativity and a passion for crafting high-quality, visually appealing dishes
• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage/hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
