Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our team on a full-time basis at our Coimbatore location. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meal consistency, assist in menu development, and mentor junior staff. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to crafting dishes that reflect Anko cafs dedication to quality, flavor, and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in culinary techniques, with experience in food preparation, cooking, plating, and menu development.
  • INDIAN SPIECES / pan asian / continental
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and kitchen organization practices.
  • Strong skills in team collaboration, mentoring junior chefs, and maintaining a harmonious kitchen environment.
  • Creativity in developing and presenting innovative dishes, along with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen while ensuring the highest standards of service.
  • Prior experience as a CDP or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably in a caf or fine-dining establishment.
  • Culinary certification or formal training in cooking and kitchen management is an asset.
