CNC Machine & Controller knowledge
GD & T expertise, ASME (INCH), ISO (MM) certification

List of Parts in Aeroengine parts
Tool Parameters for different materials
Proficient in 3D Modelling, assembly and detailing using Catia V5 or any CAD packages & PLM, PDM.
Create/Modify Process planning stage models and drawings, Jigs and Fixtures through Catia V5 tool platform in a PLM environment.
Good Modelling and detailed knowledge of complex geometrics like Discs, Airfoils
Aviation experience is preferred.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English Languages
Proactive approach and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and develop Customer & Supplier relationships
Open Minded and logical thinking
Can Do and Can Get it Done Attitude

Required Skills

Qualification And Professional Experience

Masters/BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
6 to 10 Years of working experience on aero engines in an airlines/ Aerospace & Defense or related organization.
Knowledge of aero engine manufacturing process would be an added advantage
In-depth understanding of gas turbine fundamentals.
In-depth knowledge of gas turbine engines, its associated components and their function during operation.
