Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma 4 to 8 years of relevant engineering work experience
- Significant hands-on experience in working with Siemens NX and Teamcenter involved High complex modeling activities
- Experience in creating detailed manufacturing drawing using GD&T as per ISO
- Knowledge on Welding symbols
- Excellent team player to support and serve the global team
- Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High flexibility in taking new tasks/responsibilities
- Knowledge on turbo machineries and their components will be added advantage
Responsibilities
- Understanding the requirement of project and coordinating effectively with Global team
- Effectively interpreting various applicable international codes and standards along with customer internal standards
- Applying knowledge of these standards for detail design of compressor components
- Preparing detailed Model and Drawing using Siemens NX integrated with Teamcenter
- Managing engineering Bill of Materials using Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Performing detail self-review and peer review, Participating and leading design reviews
- Providing technical support to colleagues
- Ensure quality and timely deliveries of engineering documentation, Lesson Learnt, Best practice
- Performing troubleshooting, analyzing failures, prepare root cause analysis and implement actions
- Train and help peers on compressor modelling and detailing as per Customer's standard
