About this Position
The position is expected to be a part of a high-performance team and
supervise operations and marketing of the US D2C ecommerce store.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Onboarding of Makers
Identifying and onboarding makers on the platform across categories.
Taking ownership in terms of the product information displayed on the front end.
2. Category Strategy Development
Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and profitability.
3. Product Assortment and Management:
Select and manage the product assortment for categories.
Ensure the right mix of products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the vendors to ensure product availability.
4.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, maker, Tech , and customer service teams .
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive overall e-commerce growth.
Ensure the online presentation of categories is optimized for customer experience and
SEO.
