We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Category Manager Digital Gold to lead the end-to-end management of our digital gold category. This role requires a blend of product management, strategic thinking, growth ownership, and market insight to drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital financial products, with a strong focus on lifecycle management, category development, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to play a pivotal role in building and scaling the digital gold vertical in a fast-paced, customer-first organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Ownership:
  • Own and manage the digital gold product category, including planning, execution, pricing, promotions, and P&L ownership. Monitor KPIs to ensure category performance meets business objectives.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap for digital gold. Identify opportunities for new features and enhancements to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis & Consumer Insights:
  • Continuously track market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Use insights to create strategic plans for category expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, legal, and technology teams to drive initiatives across customer acquisition, user experience, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Growth and Performance Marketing Support:
  • Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute growth campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and upsell of digital gold products. Track ROI of campaigns and optimize performance based on data insights.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure seamless user journeys by optimizing onboarding, purchase, redemption, and support workflows. Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance product experience.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Coordination:
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all product offerings meet applicable regulatory and financial compliance requirements.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Maintain and present dashboards and regular reports on key business metrics related to category performance, customer behavior, funnel efficiency, and revenue contribution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product/category management, preferably in fintech, digital financial services, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Experience or strong understanding of digital gold, wealth management, or investment products is highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen:
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and product development processes. Ability to work closely with technology teams to translate user needs into functional requirements.
  • Strategic Mindset:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to take a data-driven approach to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Communication & Leadership:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Customer Centricity:
  • A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to think through the lens of user needs and experience.
