Key Responsibilities
• Drive outbound, inbound, and online admissions through calls, emails, and chats.
• Convert leads into enrollments for certifications, executive education, and online MBA programs.
• Counsel and guide prospective students based on career goals, domain, and interests.
• Make 100–150 calls daily and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Generate referrals through existing students and alumni.
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets on time.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM tools.
Who Should Apply Must-Haves
• 1–4 years of experience in education counselling, edtech sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong sales pitching, objection handling, and urgency creation skills.
• Ability to actively listen, understand student needs, and provide personalized counselling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and lead management systems. Good to Have
• Knowledge of executive education, online MBA programs, or tech certifications.
• Experience in EdTech or a fast-paced sales environment.
