At Saras AI Institute, we're building the world's first AI-only higher education institution, empowering students and working professionals with industry-relevant AI degrees. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and student-centric AI Education & Career Consultant to drive student success, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead student engagement and retention initiatives

✅ Provide advanced academic advising and student support

✅ Collaborate with faculty, admissions, and leadership teams

✅ Drive data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes

✅ Design and evaluate academic support programs and workshops

✅ Train, mentor, and support academic counselors

✅ Contribute to enrollment and retention strategies

What We're Looking For:

✔ 4 -6 years of experience in academic counseling, student success, or academic advising

✔ At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience in EdTech or higher education

✔ Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience with CRM systems, student management platforms, and virtual communication tools

✔ Passion for student success and educational excellence
