Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role located in Gurugram. The Career Counselor will provide guidance and support to students and learners, assisting them in exploring career opportunities and managing their career paths. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing students aptitudes and interests, developing personalized career plans, and facilitating workshops or sessions to enhance career readiness and soft skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling, including guidance and mentorship
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey guidance and facilitate discussions
• Empathy, active listening abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills
• salary upto 3.6 LPA
• Location - Gurgaon
