Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Ludhiana. The Career Counselor will be responsible for advising students on educational and career opportunities abroad, assessing their profiles to recommend suitable study destinations and institutions, and assisting with the application process. Responsibilities will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career development guidance, and ensuring students are well-prepared for their educational journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling for study abroad destinations like AUSTRALIA/ NZ/ EUROPE
- Experience in Student Counseling and mentoring
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and tailored advice delivery
- Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in education consultancy is an advantage
