Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding students toward achieving their professional goals through personalized counseling sessions and career planning. Key responsibilities include assessing students interests and skills, identifying suitable career options, developing career strategies, and providing insights into industry requirements. The role also involves staying updated on educational and career trends to better support students career development journeys.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Strong skills in Student Counseling and providing personalized guidance
• Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
• Sound knowledge of current industry and educational trends
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students and support their career goals
• Previous experience in education, counseling, or career advising is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
