Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Kochi. The Career Counselor will guide students through career planning, assist with career development strategies, provide counseling to help them achieve their career goals, and support them with decision-making processes. The role includes conducting workshops, one-on-one sessions, reviewing resumes, and offering personalized advice to enhance employability.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in Career Counseling and Career Development to guide and mentor individuals effectively.
• Knowledge and skills in Career Management and Student Counseling to support students in making informed career decisions.
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and empathetically with students and professional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in student counseling is highly advantageous.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and motivate individuals to achieve their career ambitions.
• Experience in education or career services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
