Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will provide guidance to students and professionals in setting their career goals and planning actionable steps to achieve them. Daily responsibilities include offering expert advice on career development, managing career or academic plans, and conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions. The role also involves fostering effective communication with clients to identify their skills, interests, and potential career paths.

Experience Required

1 – 3 years in Academic Counseling / EdTech / Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and learning opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through structured counseling
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong student relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong understanding of sales and counseling processes
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of EdTech or training programs is a plus
