Job Description

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients
  • Monitor basic health indicators (temperature, pulse, medication reminders)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with feeding and meal preparation as required
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the patient's environment
  • Support individuals with conditions such as:
    • Dementia
    • Alzheimer's disease
    • Cerebral palsy
  • Follow care plans prescribed by doctors or nurses
  • Accompany patients to appointments if needed
  • Maintain records of care provided and report changes in condition

    • Requirements

  • Basic patient care and hygiene skills
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to assist with mobility
  • Time management and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and care plans
