This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi I South Indian, based in Bengaluru. The role requires the preparation of South Indian cuisine, including cooking, plating, and presentation. The candidate will ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards while assisting the senior chefs in the kitchen. The role also involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring the freshness of ingredients, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills with a strong focus on South Indian cuisine
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
• Effective Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• A keen sense of taste and creativity in presentation
• Relevant certifications in culinary arts or professional training in South Indian cuisine are an advantage
• Passion for food and attention to detail are desirable qualities
