Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Rental Compliance Executive based in Pune Division. The responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards related to car rental operations. The role involves conducting routine audits of the fleet, verifying adherence to automotive standards, collaborating with the customer service team to address client queries, and coordinating with insurance providers. Additionally, the role includes monitoring employee training on compliance requirements and maintaining all necessary documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Automotive industry and fleet management
• Experience with providing Training and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Familiarity with Sales processes and customer relationship management
• Understanding of Insurance policies, claim handling, and documentation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in compliance records
• Minimum 5 To 6 Years Experience
