Job Title: Captain (Hospitality Industry)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage floor operations efficiently
- Lead and guide stewards and service staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service quality
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant/hotel service)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
