Role Description

As a Captain, you'll be the face of our service, leading the front-of-house team, guiding guests , and ensuring every detail of their experience feels effortless. From welcoming guests at the door to making sure their last sip of filter coffee is perfect, you'll make every visit to Benne feel special.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and time management skills
  • Experience in hospitality or food service management and customer service excellence
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, dining etiquette, and food safety standards
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of POS systems, billing, food safety, and hygiene
  • Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Bangalore cuisine are a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
