Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Captain/Stewards position located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The Restaurant Captain/Stewards will work closely with the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure an excellent dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a memorable dining experience
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management
- Knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage, including menu familiarity and service standards
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is advantageous
